Metallica @ Pavilhão Atlantico May 19th 2010

What a great heavy metal show!!!

After playing in Lisbon every year since 2007(i went to all of them since) Metallica played for the first time an indoor show at Pavilhão Atlantico last Wednesday.

It was the 2nd night at Lisbon of their Death Magnetic World Tour 2010 and after seeing them 4 times already i kind knew what to expect from them and as usual it didnt disapoint at all.

With more than 20 years Metallica has become one of the best live bands of all time and the energy that is spawn from the crowd during the show its something that has to be seen to believe.

The constant sing-a-long parts to the (in my opinion) epic entrance to the sound of  Ecstasy of Gold (probably one of the best intro to a show EVER!) is just unreal.

Of course having anthems like Master of Puppets , Enter Sandman , One , Nothing Else Matters , From Whom The Bells Tolls always helps!

If you never seen Metallica live and if you are a fan (even if a barely one) go see them if they happen to play a city near you , you wont be disappointed for sure!

4th Metallica show in 4 years and to be honest if drummer Lars Ulrich keeps what he said in the end of show to come back next year i will be there.

here is the set list from may 19th
